Guest Experience Agent

Position Overview

Based in Yulara at the heart of Uluru, AAT Kings offers guests immersive experiences in the Red Centre. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be the welcoming face and voice, transforming day tour bookings into memorable adventures for visitors worldwide.

Primary Duties

• Advise, promote, and sell Day Tours and other AAT Kings products to customers via phone or in-person.
• Coordinate coach dispatches, collect payments, and verify passengers against manifests.
• Accurately manage reservations and associated administrative tasks within our booking system.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of Day Tours and key third-party experiences.
• Participate in promotional activities, occasionally outside standard hours.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, hotels, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide outstanding customer service while supporting sales growth.
• Maintain solid working relationships with drivers and guides, adhering to correct dispatch procedures.
• Contribute to fostering a positive and motivated atmosphere within the day tours team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Familiarity with office administration tasks and computer literacy is preferred.
• Experience in the travel industry is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, motivated mindset with a team-oriented approach.
• Good verbal and written communication capabilities.
