Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain station setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
- Welcome guests with friendliness and professionalism, providing information on specials and promotions.
- Monitor guest satisfaction continuously during service.
- Comply with all relevant laws and internal policies related to alcohol service, including age verification and handling intoxicated patrons.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid Food Worker Card is mandatory.
- At least one year of prior experience in serving roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Maintain a courteous, amicable, and professional attitude at all times.
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
