HR Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to oversee comprehensive HR functions at our rapidly expanding company specializing in Salesforce and AI technologies. This role demands leadership in managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy enforcement, payroll, compliance, onboarding, and talent retention. The successful candidate will contribute to cultivating a positive and high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Manage new employee onboarding, foster employee engagement, and administer performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal company policies.
• Coordinate payroll activities, maintain attendance records, manage leave, and oversee HR documentation.
• Address employee relations issues, resolve grievances, and implement retention strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen organizational culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 10 to 15 years of HR experience, preferably within IT or SaaS industries.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, labor regulations, and recruitment methodologies.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and leadership.
• Prior experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and payroll processing tools is advantageous.
