Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team onsite in Katy, Texas. This hands-on position offers full responsibility for day-to-day HR operations and strategic contributions within a collaborative and supportive workplace.

Key Duties

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding and acquiring top talent.
• Lead employee relations efforts encompassing performance management and resolving disputes.
• Administer benefits programs, coordinate payroll, and oversee HR compliance.
• Maintain HR records accurately, manage HRIS systems, and deliver comprehensive reports.
• Create and implement HR policies, training programs, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations.
• Collaborate with management on talent development, employee retention strategies, and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably as a Generalist or Manager.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices along with employment law and compliance requirements.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is strongly desired.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.
