Overview
We are collaborating with an expanding organization to appoint a proficient Human Resources Manager who will supervise HR functions across a workforce that spans multiple states. This role offers a blend of strategic leadership and operational involvement, ideal for a proactive HR professional comfortable working in a fast-moving setting.
Key Duties
- Formulate and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and talent management initiatives.
- Manage employee onboarding, training programs, and ongoing professional development.
- Serve as a reliable consultant to both leadership and staff on HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across various states.
- Handle employee relations, conduct investigations, and administer performance management.
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and general HR operations.
- Continuously improve HR policies, workflows, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience managing HR functions, preferably with exposure to multi-state regulatory environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and HR industry standards.
- Capability to juggle various priorities effectively within a dynamic workplace.
- Experience with HR information systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; holding a SHRM certification is advantageous.
