Description de l'emploi
About 12twenty
12twenty is a fast-growing platform that helps employers connect with high-achieving early-career talent, including students, recent graduates, and alumni from leading business, law, and university programs worldwide. The company supports recruiters across many industries and is focused on building strong connections between candidates and employers.
Role summary
12twenty is hiring an Implementation Manager to join its Customer Experience team. This role suits a proactive, solutions-focused professional who has handled complex SaaS implementations for mid-market to light enterprise customers. It is an individual contributor position with no direct people-management duties. The right person will enjoy working closely with customers, navigating multiple stakeholders, and driving adoption of a mission-critical platform in a high-touch environment.
This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the United States.
What you will do
- Own the customer implementation journey from contract signing through full platform adoption and transfer to Customer Success.
- Coordinate 30 to 40 active implementation projects at the same time, each with several stakeholders and different schedules.
- Create, present, and refine project plans and milestone timelines to keep multi-month onboarding efforts moving forward.
- Run live training sessions, collaborative working sessions, and executive status updates over video calls.
- Support customers through technically involved rollouts and help ensure they understand the platform and are ready to operate it effectively.
- Act as the main contact during implementation while working across different personalities, organizational structures, and stakeholder seniority levels.
- Partner with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to keep internal teams aligned and the customer experience smooth.
- Collect customer feedback, surface risks early, and remove blockers before they affect timelines or outcomes.
- Be prepared to take on Alpha or strategic accounts after showing strong command of the platform and implementation process.
- Bring a customer-first attitude and a can-do approach that leaves customers feeling supported and confident.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management, with a preference for platform-based solutions over point products. You should have managed multiple implementation projects spanning several months, ideally for mid-market or Fortune 100 customers. Comfort with cloud platforms and the ability to quickly learn complex software ecosystems are important.
You will need strong communication skills across channels such as Zoom, Slack, and Salesforce, plus the confidence to work with people at different seniority levels. The role calls for emotional intelligence, resilience, strong organization, and the ability to drive accountability without direct authority. Success in a remote setting and the ability to work independently with limited direction are also key.
Bonus experience
- Hands-on implementation experience with platforms such as ERP, HCM, or CRM tools, including systems like NetSuite or Workday.
- Exposure to change management approaches or stakeholder communication frameworks.
- Technical familiarity with APIs, SSO, integrations, or basic configuration work.
- Advanced Excel skills or experience using planning tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.
Team values
- Communicate openly by asking questions, providing clarity, and working with transparency and empathy.
- Work collaboratively across functions to find the best path forward.
- Continuously improve processes and product through a growth mindset.
Compensation and benefits
The annual compensation for this role is up to $75,000 to $80,000, with the possibility of up to $85,000 for candidates who bring proven Alpha or strategic implementation leadership experience. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, certifications, training, and geographic location.
US employees are also eligible for equity. Standard benefits currently include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additional perks include a competitive salary, generous PTO, team happy hours and activities, remote flexibility, and stock options. The company also emphasizes a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
