Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Accountant (female candidates only) based in Usmanpura, Ahmedabad. The role offers a monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000 and requires 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting tasks such as sales, purchases, returns, and related entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation, maintain cash book, and handle payment entries.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS records, and salary related data effectively.
- Maintain accurate ledgers for debtors, creditors, and suppliers.
- Generate electronic invoices, e-way bills, and proforma invoices as needed.
- Oversee operations on the Amazon portal and coordinate orders across India.
- Handle delivery coordination along with necessary documentation.
- Maintain attendance records, expense sheets, and ensure daily data backups.
- Manage filing systems, phone communications, and payments for government bills.
