Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation, on diverse interior projects.
• Devise and deliver inventive design ideas along with comprehensive presentations and engaging mood boards for clients.
• Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and superior 3D renderings utilizing sophisticated design software.
• Provide mentorship and constructive guidance to junior designers to support their professional development.
• Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication and consistent satisfaction throughout the design process.
• Work in close partnership with manufacturing and production departments to uphold design quality, practicality, and precise execution of furniture and modular elements.
• Oversee site visits for precise measurements, supervise project progress, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors at a senior level.
• Identify and select premium materials, finishes, and furnishings, aligning choices with project budgets and schedules.
• Keep updated on industry innovations, trending materials, and emerging design technologies to enhance the company's creative portfolio.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Architecture or its specializations such as Landscape Architecture, Sustainable Architecture, Green Building Design, or Interior Architecture.
