Opportunity Overview
Join a prominent global technology firm as an Internal Communications Associate based in Singapore, contributing to the communication of employee benefits across the Asia Pacific region. This role involves a hybrid work arrangement and offers exposure throughout the APAC area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop diverse communication content such as videos, reels, visual explainers, email newsletters, intranet articles, SharePoint pages, brochures, and campaign collateral.
- Simplify complex HR and benefits information into engaging, accessible material.
- Utilize design platforms like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to produce professional communication assets.
- Implement AI-driven techniques to enhance communication scalability and engagement.
- Support and coordinate APAC-wide benefits projects and employee engagement campaigns.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and trackers while assisting with benchmarking and reporting tasks.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners across the region.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback to refine communication strategies.
- Manage and update internal communication platforms such as SharePoint to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of content and resources.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Have between 3 to 5 years’ experience within project coordination, communications, marketing, content creation, or HR fields.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in producing digital content and proficient in using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design and video editing software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Comfortable applying AI tools to boost productivity and creativity.
- Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to grow within a regional HR communications career path.
Additional Information
This position is a 12-month contract located in Singapore with an onsite work requirement and regional APAC exposure. The role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, employee engagement, and digital communication within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
