Position Overview
Located in Brampton, Ontario, this full-time role involves a 40-hour workweek from Sunday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The salary range for this position is between 45000 and 50000 CAD annually, varying according to experience.

Core Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate inventory control, logistics, and materials handling aligned with regulatory and operational objectives.
- Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) compliant with Health Canada, GACP, GMP, and Quality Assurance protocols.
- Promptly report deviations and risks to supervisors to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
- Maintain real-time records of stock movements, packaging logs, and detailed documentation using Excel, Ample, and other authorized systems.
- Manage incoming/outgoing documentation for cannabis and non-cannabis items, supporting regulatory scheduling and compliance activities.
- Assist in physical organization, sanitization, and maintenance of storage vaults, receiving areas, and post-production zones.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate inventory-related equipment, supporting packaging procedures as needed.
- Follow safety requirements including PPE usage and contribute to enhancing process efficiency and workplace safety.
- Provide coverage for inventory and logistics functions during team absences and accommodate additional shifts as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of OSSGD or equivalent secondary education.
- One to two years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics within regulated manufacturing or distribution settings.
- Knowledge of inventory management concepts such as stock tracking, cycle counting, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP, WMS, Budflow, GMP-compliant systems, and Ample is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to comply with controlled SOPs and maintain records consistent with Health Canada and EU GMP standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under demanding conditions.
- Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Strong commitment to occupational health and safety, including flexibility to work nonstandard hours.
Preferred Attributes
- Post-secondary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related disciplines.
- Experience in regulated industries such as cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or food sectors.
Physical & Environmental Considerations
- Work involves varied temperature zones, including warm and cold environments.
- Requires physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Potential exposure to dust, noise, and odors; mandatory use of supplied personal protective equipment (PPE).
