Java Full Stack Developer + AI

Role overview

This position is for an experienced Java full stack professional with AI exposure, based in Hyderabad. The role suits someone who has handled large, complex enterprise programs and can contribute as both a hands-on engineer and a technical lead.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering work on enterprise-scale initiatives with significant complexity.
• Provide technical leadership with more than 6 years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Mentor and guide a team, including reviewing delivered code, resolving technical issues, acting as a subject matter expert, and maintaining code quality.
• Work across modern technology stacks such as microservices, REST APIs, Java/Spring Boot, React, and cloud platforms; Azure experience is preferred.
• Bring a broad understanding of delivery practices including SDLC, DevOps, SRE, and Quality Engineering.
• Collaborate effectively with technical, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Partner with technical architects on solution design and implementation.
• Support and lead teams through Agile transformation initiatives where needed.

• Strong background in leading technical teams and mentoring project members.
• Experience in reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring engineering standards are met.
• Capability to work on Java full stack development along with AI-related skills.
• Notice period expectation: 15 days to immediate joining.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a B.Tech / B.E. degree in any specialization.
