Role Overview
We invite experienced candidates for the position of Junior Engineer / Supervisor specializing in water infrastructure projects. The ideal professional should possess demonstrated proficiency in handling comprehensive water supply schemes, lift irrigation schemes, and sewerage systems. This role focuses on the on-site execution, supervision, and quality control of civil engineering works.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute civil construction activities at various project locations.
- Construct intake head works, water treatment plants (WTPs), elevated and ground-level service reservoirs (ESRs/ELSRs and GLSRs), pump houses, along with related roads and drainage systems.
- Manage laying, jointing, and testing of pipelines composed of mild steel (MS), ductile iron (DI), and high-density polyethylene (HDPE), including specialty fittings and valves.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project progress.
- Apply knowledge of applicable Indian Standards (IS) codes, project specifications, and quality assurance practices.
- Interpret engineering drawings and other technical documentation precisely.
- Demonstrate strong communication abilities and coordination competencies.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
- Preferably experienced in water infrastructure projects like water supply schemes, lift irrigation, sewerage, and related civil works.
