About the Role

We are seeking Junior Full Stack Engineers to join a new product division within an international technology firm focused on workforce education and certification. This is a unique chance to become part of a greenfield engineering team working on an advanced Python and React platform supported by a solid global company.

The development team is creating a cutting-edge certification and assessment platform tailored for regulated sectors such as aviation, industrial safety, government, and vocational training. This solution incorporates the latest AI-driven capabilities alongside contemporary engineering methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend features and APIs utilizing Python.
• Develop frontend components using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to introduce new product features.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.
• Adopt modern software engineering standards and workflows.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools as part of the coding process.
• Engage in code reviews and technical team discussions.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements of the product and development practices.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in software engineering.
• Have practical exposure to Python and React either commercially or via projects.
• Motivated by the prospect of building a product from scratch.
• Enjoy problem-solving and learning new technologies.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Value writing high-quality, maintainable code.
• Desire to evolve into a versatile full stack engineer.
• Experience with AI development tools is advantageous.

Compensation
