Junior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Role Overview

In collaboration with the Inhouse Consulting department and one of our product divisions, you will initially gain insights into project management and Diehl Defence processes to apply this knowledge in various programs and projects supportively.

You will assume diverse roles, becoming acquainted with Diehl Defence's project management methods and standards, supporting the product manager effectively.

Your methodological and interpersonal skills will be crucial. Targeted qualification programs will build your method competence, helping you contribute to your team of other junior project managers by implementing our project management standards in transfer projects.

Upon completion of the qualification, you will take on a Project Manager position within one of our product areas.

Candidate Profile

• A completed degree in engineering sciences or business administration forms the ideal foundation.
• Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in project management and conducting and moderating workshops is required.
• You demonstrate a structured, independent approach alongside analytical thinking, solution orientation, strong decisiveness, and excellent teamwork abilities.
• Your open, empathetic personality and effective communication skills, including English proficiency, will enhance collaboration with colleagues.
