Job Overview

As a valued member of our product development team, you will play a crucial role as a programmer in both frontend and backend development. You will partake fully in the development lifecycle of our financial platform, building innovative features related to stock trading and financial independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate extensively in product development, crafting innovative functionalities for our financial platform.
• Independently design and develop next-generation intelligent investment systems tailored for private investors within a dynamic startup environment.
• Drive the advancement of our platform's frontend and backend technologies and concepts as a full-stack developer.
• Analyze and optimize internal processes, systems, and algorithms to continually enhance platform efficiency, performance, and quality.
• Actively contribute to agile workflows, including Scrum ceremonies from planning through retrospectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong passion for programming and commitment to clean coding standards.
• Proficiency in core technologies including JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, WordPress, HTML5, and CSS alongside a detail-oriented approach.
• Hands-on mentality with a desire to grow into a versatile programming expert.
• Willingness and capability to take ownership of your technical domain and grow personally through it.
• Discipline, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset to tackle challenges effectively.
• Strong communication skills, preferably with German language proficiency at C1 level and good conversational English skills.
