This role entails delivering first-level IT assistance covering hardware, software, printers, mobile gadgets, networks, and business-related applications. Responsibilities include overseeing and supporting IT infrastructure such as systems, servers, Wi-Fi networks, CCTV, IP telephony, and various smart technologies. Requirements
