Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Brand Designer to sculpt our brand identity across multiple entertainment domains. This full-time remote role requires candidates to be located in the United States or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative to steer Punt’s brand redesign and evolution into a leading sports, culture, and entertainment platform, impacting social channels, partnerships, paid media, CRM, email communication, and product design.
• Oversee end-to-end graphic design projects ensuring top-tier quality and timely delivery.
• Provide design leadership and critique to agency collaborators and external design contractors alongside your practical design duties.
• Work in tandem with marketing teams to align creative outputs with performance goals.
• Coordinate with Product Design to guarantee cohesive and premium presentation of brand and product experiences.
• Be a vocal and proactive contributor fostering creativity, competition, and urgency in creative endeavors.

Required Qualifications

• Reside in the US or Canada.
• Possess over 7 years of professional design experience in agency settings or in-house teams.
• Demonstrate substantial expertise in verticals such as online gaming, sports betting, prediction markets, sports, digital collectibles, app development, or technology.
• Showcase an extensive portfolio highlighting superior typography, layout skills, color theory, and system design capabilities.
• An intense passion for design craft and meticulous focus on detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Google Slides, and usage of project management tools.
• Excitement for diverse tasks from paid media assets to culturally relevant user-generated content-style projects and comprehensive campaign production.
• Commitment to startup dynamics and culture, embracing challenges and rewards inherent in such fast-paced environments.
• Facility with AI tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Deep understanding of internet culture trends and the instincts to apply them creatively.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
