Key Responsibilities

• Independently generate a high volume of creative content across diverse media using various tools, requiring minimal input from creative leaders.
• Develop content that effectively connects with audiences, measurable through engagement metrics like likes and comments.
• Analyze real-time responses to live content on social channels to derive insights and refine content accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines to accommodate quick requests.
• Participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions, kickoffs, and team meetings by providing valuable ideas and shaping design strategies.
• Under guidance from the Art/Creative Director, mentor and support Senior Creators, Creators, Creator Residents, and occasionally Art Directors and Copywriters across the agency regarding best practices, ideation, and execution.

Required Experience and Skills

• Between 5 to 8 years of professional experience in creative content production across a variety of formats including social media, streaming, AR, music, and film.
• Proficiency with videography and photography tools such as DSLR cameras.
• Expertise in editing software including Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
• Competence in writing using platforms like Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
• Skills in visual arts and design utilizing Adobe Suite, Google Slides, and Canva.
• Strong content creation capabilities from conceptualization to completion, with enthusiasm for diverse artistic channels including design, video, editing, and writing.
• A self-driven and responsible professional consistently showing initiative.
• Effective collaborator able to foster teamwork across different departments within an organization.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range from $85,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
