About the Opportunity

Join N26's People Technology Team, dedicated to enhancing and managing applications within the People domain, including Workday HCM modules, Greenhouse, and more. In this role, you will play a significant part in refining processes that positively impact the entire workforce at N26. Your responsibilities will include supporting Workday maintenance, designing and implementing system improvements, gathering requirements, managing existing people team tools, and becoming the primary resource for recruitment technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and sustain the optimal operation of internal HR and Financial information systems, involving tasks like database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and module upgrades.
  • Install, configure, modify, and upgrade software and applications as needed to accommodate evolving business and technological demands.
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR and Finance staff members.
  • Work collaboratively with executive leadership and HR/Finance teams to identify areas for improvement, suggesting and implementing suitable solutions.
  • Ensure appropriate permissions, system access, personalization, and other operational settings comply with internal policies and legal standards for HR and Finance users.
  • Develop custom functionalities and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
  • Gather or assist in collecting detailed data reports, summaries, and logs requested by senior executives and HR/Finance personnel.
  • Act as the primary liaison and representative between HR/Finance teams, IT services, external vendors, and other stakeholders in database design and deployment projects.
  • Ensure systems adhere to data security and privacy regulations.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and advances in data management, security, HR/Finance technology, and HRIS/ERP applications.
  • Oversee procurement of necessary hardware and software to maintain high-performing, efficient systems within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of eight years' experience working with Workday platforms.
  • Over eight years of professional exposure to Workday within financial or people department teams with strong knowledge of process and data management.
  • Expertise in Workday system administration, including configuration, ongoing support, and troubleshooting.
  • Experienced with Workday people and finance modules and integration tools such as Workday Studio.
  • Background in process design, enhancement, and data management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira software.
