Role Overview

This contract role focuses on reviewing and polishing AI-produced written materials ranging from articles to novels and short stories. The position is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling to align with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically evaluate and enhance AI-generated content across diverse literary forms.
• Assess the quality, organization, tone, and thematic elements of texts.
• Deliver comprehensive editorial critiques to advance clarity, coherence, and originality.
• Partner with AI research teams to improve storytelling capabilities of content generation models.
• Operate independently with asynchronous workflows, maintaining adherence to deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• At least a decade of experience in creative writing disciplines such as journalism, essays, novels, and short fiction.
• A significant portfolio of published works including books, articles, or multiple stories recognized by reputable platforms.
• Publications featured in esteemed literary journals, anthologies, or professional outlets.
• Honors including established literary awards, fellowships, or commendations.
• Excellent mastery of narrative techniques involving structure, voice, dialogue, and character development.
• Strong aptitude for critical review aiming to improve style, coherence, and thematic complexity.
