Position Summary
Anastasia Beverly Hills is looking for a meticulous and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee domestic and global shipment operations within its supply chain. The role involves managing inbound and outbound transportation, preparing international shipping documents, tracking shipments, resolving shipping complications, and ensuring products reach customers, distributors, and internal teams punctually.
Key Duties
- Manage both domestic and international shipments from dispatch to delivery completion.
- Generate and verify shipping documentation such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipment Level Invoices (SLI), Dangerous Goods Declarations (DGD), and other customs forms.
- Coordinate shipment routing utilizing Transportation Management Systems and carrier platforms.
- Provide expert knowledge on various shipment categories like Domestic, International, Wholesale, E-commerce, Retail, and Free of Charge (FOC) shipments.
- Monitor shipment progress and milestone achievements to secure timely deliveries.
- Identify and resolve issues related to transportation, customs clearance, and shipment exceptions by collaborating with Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, and Parcel Carriers.
- Communicate status updates, potential delays, and risks clearly to internal teams and external partners.
- Escalate major logistics problems that could impact product launches or inventory levels.
- Maintain precise records of shipments, tracking data, and transportation details.
- Create shipping labels through FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other courier systems.
- Handle hazardous material shipment compliance, including UN labels and relevant documentation.
- Arrange returns, redirections, and recovery of shipments when necessary.
- Input and maintain logistics data within NetSuite, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and associated software.
- Work closely with Customer Operations, Warehouse Operations, and Global Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth logistics.
Qualifications
- Between one to three years of experience in logistics, transportation, customs brokerage, import/export, or freight forwarding.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration; not mandatory.
- Familiarity with import/export rules, customs paperwork, and international commercial terms (Incoterms).
- Experience collaborating with freight forwarders, customs officials, and major parcel delivery services.
- Proficiency with software such as NetSuite, WMS, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong skills using Microsoft Office 365 applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Effective written and verbal communication with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Ability to remain adaptable, think critically, and perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Knowledge of UK and EU VAT procedures is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
Anastasia Beverly Hills provides a competitive wage and a benefits package including a 401(K) plan with company matching contributions. The hourly pay starts between $23 and $27, subject to candidate qualifications, experience, competencies, and location. This role also qualifies for performance bonuses. The base salary constitutes part of the complete compensation package to acknowledge the employee’s contributions.
