Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter and Factory Manager specializing in plastic recycling to oversee machine upkeep and direct overall factory operations. This role demands hands-on mechanical expertise combined with effective leadership to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond promptly to breakdown issues for efficient machine performance.
- Provide essential support to production activities to maintain workflow and output quality.
- Supervise factory personnel, guiding manpower allocation and maintaining workforce productivity.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance protocols throughout the manufacturing environment.
- Manage utilities critical to factory operations, optimizing resource usage.
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing functions to achieve seamless production cycles.
Candidate Qualifications

Compensation and Location
