Role Overview

The IT Delivery Manager oversees the complete lifecycle of technology and digital products, projects, and services, ensuring successful delivery from inception through production. This position acts as a critical liaison connecting business stakeholders, product teams, technology groups, vendors, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and senior leadership. The manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery management, focusing on controlling scope, budget, quality, timelines, risk, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from business and product teams.
• Coordinate with architects to design appropriate technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to align on standards.
• Manage vendor contracts and statements of work.
• Develop and maintain the delivery roadmap.
• Monitor and track development progress regularly.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team performance.
• Oversee testing processes and coordinate release activities.
• Ensure successful deployment of solutions into production.
• Monitor and address any production issues post-deployment.
• Provide regular delivery status reports to executive management.
• Take accountability for the successful delivery of features that add business value.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Between 5 and 7 years of demonstrated experience in IT project delivery, program management, or technology implementation roles.
