Manager - Oracle EPM (EPBCS)

About the Role

Anlage Infotech is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) engagements focusing on Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) implementations. This position involves overseeing end-to-end Oracle EPM projects, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of Oracle EPM EPBCS solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Configure EPBCS applications encompassing business rules, forms, dashboards, security settings, and workflow management.
• Develop and manage calculation scripts, business rules, Groovy scripts, Smart View, and Financial Reporting reports.
• Facilitate integration of EPBCS with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, and other third-party systems via Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Support data migration and metadata management, ensuring smooth monthly planning cycles.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and provide post-launch support.
• Mentor team members, perform deliverable reviews, and uphold adherence to best practices.
• Manage client communications, oversee project timelines, mitigate risks, and align stakeholder expectations.

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience working with Oracle EPM solutions.
• At least 4 years of direct, hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS.
• Proficient in Oracle EPBCS, planning, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
• Strong expertise in business rules, calculation manager, Groovy scripting, Smart View, and Data Management (FDMEE/Enterprise Data Integration).
• Skilled in financial reporting and integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud and external systems.
• Experience leading 2 to 3 full lifecycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle EPM Cloud certification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, and other Oracle EPM modules is beneficial.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and EPM Automate tools.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies is a plus.
