About the Company
Sipra Engineers is a well-established organization with over 40 years of experience. The company holds certifications including ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, and BS OHSAS 18001, specializing in manufacturing die casting products with an inhouse tool room and machine shop.
Job Role and Responsibilities
This position involves managing and supervising quality assurance and control operations within the die casting production facility. The manager will ensure all processes comply with customer specifications, industry regulations, and internal quality standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives employing methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone diagrams.
- Focus on minimizing product rejection rates, enhancing production cycle times, and boosting overall efficiency in manufacturing.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess either a Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
