Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled MSK Physiotherapist to deliver exceptional care to self-pay and privately insured patients in Oxford. You will follow well-established, evidence-based clinical protocols from initial assessment through to case discharge, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide autonomous clinical decision-making as a Chartered Physiotherapist by triaging, assessing, diagnosing, and managing a designated caseload.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery and positive patient experiences.
- Communicate respectfully and confidentially with patients and their carers, maintaining trust and dignity.
- Liaise effectively with referring healthcare providers to guarantee seamless continuity of patient care.
- Advise clients on nutrition, exercise, equipment usage, sleep hygiene, and stress reduction to support overall well-being.
- Proactively attract and retain clients, including leading corporate workshops developed in collaboration with the partnerships manager.
- Continuously seek and report clinic improvement opportunities and potential risks to the Regional Lead.
- Maintain comprehensive, timely, and accurate patient documentation in compliance with contractual agreements.
- Pursue ongoing professional development, including attending relevant conferences and events.
- Comply with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy's Code of Professional Values and Behaviour as well as the Health and Care Professions Council Standards of Conduct, Performance, and Ethics.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to drive service enhancements as needed.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and membership in the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- Capability to work independently while adhering to clinical pathways.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient written English.
- Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience
- Record of generating new business and managing a personal client caseload.
- Experience working within private healthcare.
- At least one year of relevant post-graduate clinical experience.
