About the Role
An established property management company based in Dublin City Centre is seeking a full-time Office Administrator. This permanent role involves a combination of office administration tasks alongside personal assistant duties to support a company Director and maintain efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities.
- Create and maintain accurate property files and registers, including renewals.
- Generate invoices and support general administrative functions.
- Oversee office key registers and control processes.
- Maintain comprehensive filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Provide administrative assistance to the wider team as necessary.
- Coordinate office logistics to promote efficient workflows.
- Support the Director by managing their diary, appointments, and schedule.
- Monitor and respond promptly to emails, handling enquiries on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare documents and manage correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in office administration, personal assistant, or executive assistant roles, preferably within property, legal, or professional services sectors.
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and approachable demeanour.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
Additional Information
