Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role at the core of our logistics chain, supporting multiple facets of warehouse and delivery operations to maintain seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with trailer unloading and validate freight against manifests to ensure accuracy.
- Scan, sort, and handle packages, including processing defective items and return shipments.
- Conduct van audits and actively support sorting operations to maintain efficiency.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management tasks.
- Maintain and support warehouse systems, ensuring smooth operational performance.
- Process returns and complete necessary documentation adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage customer pickups and provide front-desk assistance as needed.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues by following SOPs and collaborating with relevant teams for resolution.
- Escalate exceptional cases to management for appropriate handling.
- Print labels and prepare accompanying documentation accurately.
- Handle broker returns and manage return-to-client shipments efficiently.
- Prepare daily operational reports and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Perform data entry tasks to support department functions.
- Train and guide new team members to uphold quality and procedural standards.
- Work closely with Operations teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout processes.
- Execute any additional tasks assigned by supervisors promptly.
- Keep the work environment clean, well-organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to Health & Safety protocols for a safe workplace.
- Provide support to clients and International Distribution Centers (IDCs) as required.
- Handle customer inquiries received via phone and email professionally.
- Process customer service email requests timely and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational success.

The role is based in a fast-paced warehouse setting that operates on shift schedules.
