The Operations team ensures seamless transition from initial concept to delivery by integrating supply chain strategies, manufacturing workflows, and quality assurance systems. Collaborations span across engineering, design, and manufacturing groups globally to launch and support outstanding products.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing both the strategic and tactical efforts required to convert early stage product ideas into high-quality, manufacturable consumer devices. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional planning sessions, managing supplier partnerships, and aligning supply, cost, and timelines throughout dynamic hardware projects.

This position is located in Singapore with a hybrid work approach requiring four days per week onsite. The company provides relocation assistance for new hires. The role involves occasional travel to manufacturing and supplier locations.

Key Duties

• Formulate and implement operational strategies that connect product design with mass manufacturing capabilities.
• Oversee build readiness and orchestrate production planning from prototype phases through mass manufacturing.
• Collaborate with international suppliers to ensure procurement of materials, tooling, and capacity meets project milestones.
• Work closely with hardware, quality control, and supply chain departments to establish durable operational practices.
• Monitor costs, yields, and production schedules to guarantee efficient and predictable product manufacturing.
• Develop scalable processes designed to support rapid innovation cycles and upcoming product launches.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 6 years in hardware operations, manufacturing, or supply chain roles within consumer electronics or comparable sectors.
• Proven experience leading at least one product through the entire lifecycle from concept to mass production.
• Expertise in new product introduction (NPI) processes, contract manufacturing, and global operational governance.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with effective communication skills to manage uncertainty and synchronize cross-team efforts.
• Drive to build and enhance systems at the intersection of design, engineering, and production execution.
• Commitment to accuracy, teamwork, agility, and delivering scalable consumer hardware products.
