Operations Manager (Events)

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role involves supporting the operations department by overseeing multiple projects, optimizing daily workflows, and ensuring timely and impactful client proposal submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead in crafting persuasive proposals and pitches in response to client Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Collaborate with various internal departments to collect essential data and materials.
• Oversee project schedules and deliverables to guarantee on-time completions.
• Track project developments and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Assist with budget review and optimization efforts.
• Organize and lead briefing sessions across teams such as creative, production, and finance to achieve optimal project outcomes.
• Conduct thorough research to deepen understanding of projects and client needs to aid cross-departmental functions.
• Offer support to other departments as necessary, stepping in to facilitate project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in event management, agency environments, or business operations.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and effective time management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software; knowledge of Keynote is an advantage.
• Competence in prioritizing tasks and performing well under strict deadlines.
• A detail-oriented problem solver with a drive for accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Willingness to travel across the region to mobilize for various projects.
