Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves delivering excellent customer service by executing tasks related to merchandise receipt and flow to the sales floor. Key activities include unloading trucks, moving pallets, assisting with merchandise processing, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The Overnight Associate works collaboratively within a team to plan and fulfill duties according to operational needs and workload.

Key Duties

• Preparing the sales floor before store opening
• Setting up, merchandising, and labeling promotional features
• Handling live unloading of various merchandise types
• Emphasizing labelling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stock areas
• Transferring pallets between the sales floor and storage during overnight shifts
• Supporting sales floor stocking as assigned and providing customer assistance when needed
• Creating signage for the floor in preparation for store opening
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, including safety sweep logs and securing displays and fixtures

Compensation

The position offers a minimum hourly wage starting at 19.50 CAD.
