Package Handler

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled individual experienced in managing packaging specifications within the Enovia environment. This role requires someone with at least one year of hands-on experience in originating packaging specs, capable of working without a four-year degree but equipped with essential technical and organizational skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and originate packaging specifications efficiently in the Enovia system.
• Collaborate with teams involved in daily workflows and lab testing processes, including SMART clearances, ILST digitization, label and artwork tasks, and necessary packaging lab work.
• Maintain strong proficiency in office software suites including Word, Excel, TOPS, and PowerPoint.
• Perform general office duties with competence; produce and format business documents swiftly and accurately, demonstrating strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Execute repetitive tasks with high speed and precision while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effectively communicate and organize work priorities.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects and adapt to fluctuating workloads.
• Coordinate with departments such as Art, SGS, Regulatory, QA, and MPD involved in shared projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in originating packaging specifications within Enovia or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with daily operational systems and lab testing procedures preferred.
• Strong command of office tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, TOPS, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately, with a good grasp of business communication standards.
• Capable of working efficiently while handling repetitive tasks without sacrificing accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage several projects concurrently and liaise effectively across different teams.
