About the Role
Swiggy Instamart is hiring for the position of Picker & Packer at their Bangalore location. This role involves selecting products accurately and packing them securely for delivery while maintaining store organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select items corresponding to customer orders from the inventory.
- Pack products carefully to ensure they arrive intact and on schedule.
- Check items for product quality, quantity confirmation, and expiry dates prior to packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of products within the store premises.
Qualification & Eligibility
Candidates should have at least completed 10th Class (or equivalent such as PUC, ITI, Diploma, or Degree).
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly CTC of ₹20,000.
- Approximate in-hand salary of ₹18,000 per month.
- Additional incentives like attendance bonus and night shift allowance.
- Overtime opportunities available.
- Weekly day off provided.
- Benefits include ESI and Provident Fund contributions.
Work Schedule
The shift length is 9 hours each day.
