About the Role
We are collaborating with a prominent foundational AI laboratory seeking seasoned PMO managers to contribute to training their newest language model, specifically focusing on tasks related to professional presentations and slide deck creation.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates will leverage their experience managing cross-functional programs and associated reporting workflows to generate, assess, and improve AI-produced materials including steering committee presentations, program status reports, risk and dependency charts, milestone reviews, executive escalation summaries, and portfolio evaluations.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in program management or leadership of PMO functions within a sizable organization.
- Proven responsibility for managing steering committee or executive reporting processes.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and slide design, accompanied by strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Additional Details
- Compensation is $70 per hour.
- Work schedule is flexible, ranging from 5 to 20 hours per week or more according to preference.
- This is a fully remote position, allowing work from any location on a self-managed schedule.
- The role is available immediately for commencement.
