About the Role
Culligan UK is seeking a commercially focused Product Manager to lead and oversee the development, launch, and management of its UK product portfolio. This role offers the chance to drive business growth by bringing new products to market, enhancing customer value, and collaborating across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire product lifecycle for the UK portfolio, from planning and launch through optimization to product retirement.
- Lead successful product and service launches, ensuring effective market introduction and commercialisation.
- Develop strategies for product positioning, pricing, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.
- Track product metrics such as performance, customer adoption, profitability, and gather user feedback for ongoing improvements.
- Conduct market research, competitor and pricing analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Maintain consistent and clear product messaging across all customer interactions.
- Support sales teams with training, launch materials, and product-related communications.
- Collaborate with Commercial Finance to strategize pricing, monitor portfolio performance, and enhance margins.
- Serve as a product expert by translating technical features into compelling benefits for customers.
- Produce comprehensive portfolio reports, insights, and recommendations to support business expansion and customer retention.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Commercial, or similar roles, ideally in B2B environments.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling products within local markets.
- Strong expertise in product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
- Commercial acumen with skills in value proposition development and market positioning.
- Excellent data analysis skills, comfortable interpreting KPIs, ROI, and other performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator with ability to build and influence stakeholder relationships at all organizational levels.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar marketing tools is an advantage.
