Their product range includes machined components, sheet metal parts, light and heavy fabricated sections, along with completely assembled goods such as fuel storage tanks, wheelchairs, patient care products, packaging machinery, and electromechanical assemblies.

Role Responsibilities

• Undertake production tasks primarily related to heavy fabrication activities.
• Prepare fabrication layouts, Bills of Materials (BOM), and comprehend welding symbols on drawings.
• Apply foundational AutoCAD skills for design and planning purposes.
• Assist in planning production and machine resource allocation to meet manufacturing goals.
• Utilize measuring tools to perform quality inspections ensuring product standards.
• Preferred experience includes handling Laser Cutting, Bending, and Turret machine operations.
• Be adaptable to work rotational shifts as per production demands.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in heavy fabrication and overseeing production workflows.
• Good understanding of fabrication layouts, preparation of BOMs, and interpreting welding drawings.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Familiarity with production planning and machinery scheduling.
• Comfortable using measuring instruments and performing inspections to maintain quality.
• Exposure to advanced operations such as laser cutting and bending is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering are eligible to apply.
