Production Helper

Overview

We are urgently seeking a dedicated Production Helper to assist in the manufacturing of HT, LT cables and house wires. This role involves supporting machine operators and supervisors in various aspects of cable production within a factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with production tasks involving HT, LT cables and house wires.
• Load and unload raw materials like copper, aluminium, PVC, XLPE, and drums.
• Set up machines appropriately before production starts.
• Keep the area around machines and the production floor clean.
• Transport finished cables and materials to storage locations.
• Provide support during insulation, armouring, and packing of cables.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Notify operators or supervisors immediately about any machine malfunctions or abnormalities.
• Assist with labeling, packaging, and preparing products for dispatch.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with factory operations and environment.
• Physical capability to handle material lifting and work long shifts.
• Strong commitment to discipline and safety practices.

Work Schedule and Benefits

The position requires working in 12-hour rotating shifts. Medical insurance and provident fund benefits are provided.
