Role Overview
The position is a full-time remote role responsible for managing cross-functional programs that underpin Insight Genesis – IGAi’s AI-enabled ecosystem, covering areas such as finance, HR, education, and health. The Program Supervisor will design and oversee program roadmaps, coordinate tasks and schedules, and ensure effective communication and alignment among product, engineering, data science, and business teams. Typical duties include leading meetings, monitoring progress against milestones, handling risks and dependencies, and liaising efficiently with internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities involve setting program objectives and key performance indicators, generating progress reports, and continually enhancing delivery processes. The role also supports strategic initiatives, optimizes resource distribution, and manages change to facilitate scalable platform growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans outlining roadmaps, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate between cross-departmental teams including product, engineering, data science, and business operations to ensure aligned execution.
- Facilitate meetings, maintain clear communication channels, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Track progress against predefined milestones and adjust plans as necessary to address risks and dependencies.
- Define program goals, success metrics, and prepare detailed reports demonstrating progress and insights.
- Implement continuous improvements in program delivery methodologies and tools.
- Support strategic planning efforts, resource allocation, and change management to effectively scale platform capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated project and program management expertise including roadmap development, timeline oversight, and risk management.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams spanning technology, data analytics, and business functions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience in meeting facilitation and reporting.
- Background in technology or AI-focused products, preferably within fintech, HR tech, educational technology, or health technology sectors.
- Familiarity with modern project management and collaboration software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Confluence.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret data and define program metrics for data-driven decisions.
- Capability to independently manage multiple projects within a remote working environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as PMP or Agile/Scrum are advantageous.
- Experience working with diverse and international user bases, with a passion for promoting financial inclusion, educational accessibility, and health and wellness is preferred.
