Role Overview

Kent seeks a Project Engineer to join our expanding engineering team focused on the Oil & Gas market in Hawtah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for strengthening our technical expertise and enhancing Kent’s reputation within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review design packages comprising Mechanical, Piping, Civil, Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation drawings.
  • Verify that all engineering documentation and designs adhere to Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, and international codes.
  • Evaluate vendor documents, shop and fabrication drawings, and manufacturers' data to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Prepare procurement documents such as MTA, MR, and TBE.
  • Create redline markups, weld maps, and as-built documents including adherence to I-Plant requirements.
  • Identify and report technical discrepancies; develop and manage technical queries.
  • Assist in drafting reports, method statements, and work procedures.
  • Utilize AutoCAD, MicroStation, and SolidWorks for design support.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas field sector.
  • Prior experience working with Saudi Aramco standards and projects.
