Project Manager Contract - Full Time, GCC Only

Overview

MELD Advertising seeks a skilled Project Manager for a full-time freelance contract supporting an international healthcare client. Candidates must reside in a GCC country and be available during UAE business hours with immediate start availability until September 11, with possible extension.

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously oversee multiple projects and workstreams.
• Develop, update, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate collaboration between client stakeholders and MELD team members.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions effectively.
• Monitor actions, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies closely.
• Consistently follow up with stakeholders to maintain accountability.
• Produce clear and comprehensive project status reports.
• Identify and escalate potential delays or problems promptly.
• Maintain thorough, accurate project documentation.
• Facilitate smooth project progression from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable project management or delivery experience with strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders confidently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach complemented by strong ownership and accountability.
• Self-reliant and effective working remotely.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, customer experience, marketing, digital or operational projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Applicants must not be currently employed full-time or part-time elsewhere.
• Must be based in a GCC country and available full-time during UAE business hours.
• Ready for immediate start and able to commit through September 11.

Additional Information

This freelance contract position is fully remote for candidates located in the GCC region, specifically Dubai-based preferred. Compensation is AED 25,000 per month. Please note medical insurance, visa sponsorship, and employee benefits are not included.
