Project Manager

Job Summary

iConsultera is looking for a seasoned and highly organized Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional work in a fully remote setting. This person will own project planning and execution to help deliver initiatives on schedule, within scope, and inside budget, while keeping business goals and stakeholder expectations in alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring smooth execution at every stage.
• Set the project scope, goals, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with clarity.
• Create and maintain detailed plans, timelines, and risk tracking documents.
• Work closely with teams across engineering, product, operations, and other business functions.
• Review progress regularly, surface potential issues early, and put corrective actions in place.
• Run project meetings, share status updates, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate resources and assign work efficiently to support delivery.
• Measure performance against KPIs and compile progress reports.
• Follow company policies, quality requirements, and established project management standards.
• Assist with change management efforts and ongoing process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
• Between 3 and 7 years of experience in project management or an adjacent role.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and blended project delivery approaches.
• Comfort using tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
• Strong leadership, organization, and time-management capabilities.
• Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• Background in IT, software development, SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or enterprise-level projects.
• Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and risk control.
• Exposure to distributed or globally dispersed teams.
• Understanding of business analysis and process improvement methods.
