About the Role
Eirkoo is collaborating with a renowned multinational medical device company based in Ireland, seeking a skilled Project Manager. This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a leading global organization recognized for excellence in its field.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate teams across different functions and manage resource distribution effectively.
- Control project scope, timelines, budgets while addressing risks and change management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing consistent project progress updates.
- Ensure projects comply with quality systems, regulatory demands, and internal company policies.
- Drive resolution of issues, promote continuous improvements, and conduct post-project evaluations.
- Create comprehensive and precise documentation and project reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a closely related field; PMP certification is advantageous.
- Demonstrate at least four years of successful project management experience within regulated, high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of product development stages and project lifecycle management.
- Experience with injection moulding and tooling processes is considered a strong plus.
- Exhibit excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, planning capabilities, and budget oversight.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills are essential.
- Familiarity with quality management standards such as ISO 13485 is required.
- Be self-driven, attentive to details, and capable of juggling multiple tasks concurrently.
- Prepared to undertake occasional travel as necessary.
