About the Role
An international human resources firm is recruiting a Projects & Operations Manager to lead projects and daily business operations in Riyadh and Jeddah. The role involves overseeing project delivery, maintaining operational standards, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and managing engineering and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end from initiation to final handover.
- Create and track project schedules and execution strategies.
- Lead engineering and technical teams working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Review technical drawings, project documentation, and change orders carefully.
- Monitor project progress, tackle operational issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Manage branch operations, coordinate warehouse activities, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards along with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Define operational KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Promote continuous improvement efforts to boost operational efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering specialized in HVAC or related discipline.
- At least 10 years’ experience managing HVAC projects and contracting work.
- Demonstrated ability to lead engineering and technical teams effectively.
- Strong familiarity with project contracts, risk management, and project execution methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is advantageous.
