About the Role
Join Keen On Rentals, a boutique property management company in Auckland CBD, committed to long-term relationships and exceptional service rather than short-term gains. This remote-friendly role combines residential property management with business development responsibilities, managing an existing portfolio while growing new client opportunities within the professional investor community.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full management cycle of residential property portfolios, including tenant viewings, vetting, inspections, and lease renewals.
- Coordinate maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle rent, arrears, and bond administration.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation while fostering strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
- Drive business growth by sourcing and engaging new landlords and investors through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Represent the company at industry events and establish referral partnerships.
- Lead client onboarding and collaborate internally to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Proven recent experience in New Zealand property management, with solid knowledge of the Auckland residential rental market.
- Comfortable executing sales activities including cold calling and networking.
- Excellent communication skills characterized by professionalism, clarity, and authenticity.
- Strong organizational ability with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM and property management software and technology.
- Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver capable of working independently.
