Job Location and Experience

The position is based in Bangalore, India, requiring candidates with 5 to 8 years of professional experience. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop resilient backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask.
• Architect and optimize database designs and queries across SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, product management, and AI teams to embed intelligent capabilities within applications.
• Maintain backend security, scalability, and sustainability by applying best practices and DevOps workflows.
• Assist in integrating AI-powered services including large language model APIs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines into existing workflows.
• Engage in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and play an active role in technical decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Python backend development with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Strong command over database management involving SQL and familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and microservices architectures.
• Knowledgeable in DevOps practices, including use of Docker, Git, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Practical exposure to AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), intelligent agents, and RAG pipelines.
• Experience using cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and managing container orchestration.
• Understanding of security principles, system performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders within agile environments.

Eligibility and Education

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in any discipline.
