Position Overview
SAAS Properties seeks a skilled Receptionist / Building Concierge to become the initial point of contact in our office and building. This role supports daily office operations through managing visitor reception, communication handling, and performing general administrative duties.
Primary Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide assistance to visitors, clients, tenants, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming calls by answering, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and routing calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to arrange maintenance and repair services for office and building facilities.
- Organize and monitor appointments, deliveries, and service visits, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Maintain the tidiness and proper functioning of the front desk and communal spaces by overseeing supplies and coordinating service requests as necessary.
- Handle daily scheduling requirements including meetings, repair visits, and other reservations.
- Support administrative activities such as data entry, document filing, and other basic office support tasks.
- Carry out additional administrative or front desk responsibilities to aid office and building operations.
Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent; formal education in Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
- Experience in receptionist, front desk, or related administrative roles is preferred.
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
