Relationship Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to drive and manage business for our Loan Against Property (LAP) product. This role focuses on field sales and direct customer acquisition, emphasizing individual contributions, building strong client relationships, and collaboration with internal teams to facilitate loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities specifically for LAP products.
• Conduct field sales activities and engage in active customer acquisition.
• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate internally with teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade pass or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience handling Loan Against Property products.

Additional Information

• Locations include Begumpet, Bhongir, Guntur, Kakinada, Karimnagar, Keesara, Lingampally, Nellore, Ongole, Rajahmundry, Sangareddy, Suchitra, Vanasthalipuram, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Warangal, and Zaheerabad.
• Travel allowance and incentives are provided as part of the compensation package.
