About the Role
Aham Housing Finance Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to lead business growth by driving housing and mortgage loan disbursements, alongside cross-selling insurance products. This role demands strong leadership and operational expertise in retail lending, with a focus on business development and team management within specific regional locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed targets for disbursing Housing Loans, Mortgage Loans, and insurance premiums.
- Oversee the performance of Sales Officers at various sourcing locations to ensure a steady flow of potential leads.
- Maintain adherence to product and policy standards by supervising proper housing loan file logins.
- Perform customer evaluations and credit assessments through field visits as necessary.
- Assist in recruiting competent Sales Officers and field personnel.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the team to enhance product knowledge, sourcing discipline, and improve conversion rates.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation or higher educational qualifications.
- Between 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Housing Finance, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC), Retail Lending, or Banking sectors.
- In-depth understanding of retail lending models with a focus on profit and loss responsibility.
- Possesses a high level of ownership with the ability to make decisions based on data analysis.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and executing market-level operations.
- Proven leadership qualities and ability to manage and guide teams effectively.
- Must reside within the city or within a 12 km radius of specified locations.
Work Locations
Positions are available in Bangalore, Kolar, Mysuru, Tumakuru, and Hoskote.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges from 18,000 to 40,000 INR.
