Key Responsibilities

• Interact professionally and promptly with customers through live chat.
• Provide detailed and accurate information on construction services, policies, and project schedules.
• Assist in client scheduling, service-related inquiries, and initial consultations.
• Effectively troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate complex problems appropriately.
• Carefully record all customer conversations and actions in the CRM system.
• Identify ways to enhance customer experience and support workflows.
• Maintain the company's reputation for high standards and reliable customer care.

Candidate Qualification Criteria

• Demonstrated experience in customer or chat support roles.
• Strong written communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Fast and precise typing skills, capable of handling multiple chats concurrently.

Compensation
