Role Overview
The Remote Service Coordinator position is a part-time role located in Singapore with a hybrid work setup that allows some tasks to be performed from home. The role involves managing and tracking service requests, assisting students, faculty members, and partners, and ensuring prompt handling of inquiries via email, telephone, and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain service schedules and update records accurately.
- Prepare straightforward reports and coordinate activities with both internal departments and external partners.
- Monitor service performance and escalate complex issues for resolution.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements aimed at enhancing service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer service expertise to manage inquiries and maintain positive experiences.
- Basic sales and relationship-building abilities to promote services and engage stakeholders.
- Fundamental finance knowledge to assist with budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in administrative or service coordination roles, preferably in academic or public sector settings.
- Educational background of diploma or bachelor's degree in business, public administration, communications, or related disciplines preferred.
- Familiarity with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms is beneficial.
